High-melting molybdenum-based metal powder. Can be applied without primer. High hardness. High resistance to adhesion. Resistant to metallic sliding friction, lubricated and unlubricated. Good emergency running properties.

Applications
For thermal spraying on unalloyed and low-alloy steels and the corresponding cast steel grades as well as cast iron materials, nickel alloys and light metals. Copper materials are more difficult to coat.
Typical application examples are Sealing surfaces, bearings, spindle guides, slideways, cylinders, pistons and synchronizer rings.
Processing instructions
Remove damaged material. Round off or chamfer edges. Clean spray areas, preheat to 50 - 150 °C and roughen. Apply in preheated condition to the desired layer thickness. Maintain spray coat temperature between 80 °C and 160 °C. Maintain a layer thickness of 0.4 - 0.7 mm. Allow to cool in still air.
